KITH

Kirkland Interfaith Transitions in Housing

The KITH Mission: Guided by faith we unite with individuals and families to confront homelessness and build safe and healthy communities.

The KITH Vision: To assist individuals and families on the Eastside who are facing a homelessness crisis by providing housing and services to help families become stable and self-sufficient.

KITH is a non-profit organization of neighbors creating housing solutions for individuals and families threatened by homelessness in East King County.  For over 20 years, KITH has provided transitional and longer-term housing, case management, and practical support for our clients, helping families move out of homelessness.

Our philosophy is that every family deserves the opportunity to live stable, self-sufficient lives. Our clients know KITH will assist them with practical needs and support them as they strive to achieve their goals, helping them step by step to independence.

Because of the dedicated commitment of neighbors like you, our board members, and our caring staff, KITH is able to stabilize families in housing, helping parents and children achieve their potential and break the cycle of poverty. KITH is an ambitious organization filled with optimism and fueled by the knowledge that we are making a difference in people's lives and in the quality of our community.

All of us face the challenge to help the less fortunate find temporary and permanent housing. Each of us can help, whether through volunteering, charitable giving or simply prayers. KITH appreciates and looks forward to your assistance.

Let's make the Eastside a better place to live -
for everyone!

KITH is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
