Ron Olsen, President
Director, Municipal Services, Cashmere Valley Bank
Ron is a Seattle native who has lived in Kirkland for over 30 years. He provides banking services to municipalities especially underwriting bonds for basic infrastructure improvements. With his wife Masami (an accomplished musician) they have raised two sons and enjoy many outdoor and athletic activities including tennis, golf, fly fishing, and skiing. He is a devoted member of Kirkland Kiwanis and a past president.
Lynn Sanborn Cluett, Vice President Broker, Windermere Real Estate A Managing Broker with Windermere Real Estate, Lynn is member of National Association of Realtors, Washington State Association of Realtors, King County Association of Realtors, and Founding Member of the Kirkland Business Association. Voted 5 Star agent by Seattle Magazine 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, Lynn received a Community Service award from the Washington Association of Realtors in 2011, received an Earth Advantage “Green” Broker Certification 2010. Lynn has served on the Windermere Foundation from 2000-2004 and again 2010 to present and Chaired the Eastside Foundations largest fundraisers, is a founding member of the Giving Chicks and a Guild Member with Eastside Friends for Children’s.
Darcie Cailao, Secretary Claims Representative, Grange Insurance Association Darcie is a Claims Representative at Grange Insurance Association, a property/casualty insurance company headquartered in Seattle, Washington. She has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years.
Darcie’s lifelong commitment to community service began when she was ten years old, when she held a fundraiser for Jerry’s Kids. After working with KITH through the Kiwanis Club of Kirkland and volunteering on KITH event committees, Darcie joined KITH’s board in June 2012, served as chair for the 2012 Autumn Event Committee and is co-chair for 2013’s Autumn Event.
Darcie is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Kirkland, participating in various fundraising/community events throughout the year. She currently coordinates the “What’s Next Bowling” group’s monthly bowling event, and has coordinated for Kiwanis’ team which serves at KITH’s Community Supper Program.
A long-time Eastside resident, Darcie and her husband of 33 years, Michael Cailao, have one child, a daughter.
Dick Klug, Treasurer
Vice-President, Finance, Retired, CIBA Specialty Chemicals Dick is a retired executive with over 30 years experience in all areas of financial management. He and his wife reside in Kirkland, and have three grown children. Dick serves as the KITH Board Treasurer.
George Cluett
NW Regional Sales Manager, M.C. Gill Corporation Raised in New England, George graduated from the University of Vermont with a BSME in 1985 and relocated to the Seattle area, working for Boeing as an engineer on the 777 program in 1991. He migrated from Aerospace Engineering to Aerospace Sales & Marketing during his last 15 years at Boeing. Working for several large US and foreign corporations over his career George provided valuable experience with organizational management and business development.
From 2005 to 2008, George served as a Board Member for a 200-unit residential community on Whidbey Island, helping to manage the facilities and infrastructure of that nonprofit organization.
An Eastside resident since 1991, George became involved in KITH in 2010 as a donor and volunteer, after attending a luncheon event. He is also an active member of the Giving Chicks and Roosters charity organization in Kirkland.
George and his wife Lynn live in Kirkland and are both pleased to serve on the Board at KITH, to help make a difference supporting people in our community who are committed to improving their lives and those of their children.
Doug Cooley

Ken Davidson Shareholder, Davidson, Czeisler & Kilpatric, P.S. Ken brings a wealth of practical knowledge arising out of his personal experience in real estate development and construction. He has personal experience with in multi-family residential, retail and office construction projects including the 50,000 square foot Emerald Building which houses the firm's offices. He has also been involved in the ownership and management of a community bank, a commercial fishing vessel, a restaurant and a ski area.
Bill Fores
Broker, Keller Williams Realty Bill first learned about KITH while doing some personal fundraising for the 7 Hills of Kirkland Bike Ride in 2007. Since then, he became involved with the organizing committee and is currently serving his second term as chairman of that event. Bill is also active with the Rotary Club of Kirkland Downtown where he served multiple terms as club Treasurer and as a member of the Community Service Committee. Bill and his wife, Sue, are recent ‘empty nesters’ and enjoy cycling, hiking, and many other outdoor pursuits.
Joie Goodwin Retail Management, Retired Joie relocated to the Seattle/Kirkland area in 1969 from Iowa. Her career consisted of 15 years of retail management and 15 years of teaching. She enjoys being a mother and serving the community of Kirkland with the Woman's Club, Parking Advisory Board, and Market Neighborhood Association. She retired 5 years ago and is enjoying being involved in her community.
MaryLue Gutow Owner/Operator, Colormasters NW Mary Lue and her husband, Gary moved their family of four to Kirkland in 1979 and have been small business owners since the mid 1980s. Because the well -being of our community is high on her priority list, Mary Lue joined KITH in 1997. Being a KITH volunteer provides the opportunity to be a part of a positive influence in the community and to meet a lot of very special people. Her idea of a relaxing time is gardening with the Mariners game on the radio headset.
Robert L. Riley Retired IBM Project Manager Housing at the Crossroads Board of Directors: Past President, Past Vice President, Expansion/Construction Coordinator; Lifetime Elder, First Presbyterian Church.
Redith Ross Paralegal, Davidson, Czeisler & Kilpatric P.S. Redith became involved in KITH through Kirkland Kiwanis and is the current chairman for KITH Community Suppers. She truly enjoys the personal interaction with the guests at the weekly suppers. She and her husband, Don, have two children and eight grandchildren, all living in the greater Seattle area. Redith was a flight attendant for PNA/Western Airlines for 15 years and has worked as a paralegal in personal injury for the past 22 years. She is a past member of the Board of Directors of Washington State Paralegal Association and Beta Sigma Phi and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Kirkland Kiwanis Noon Club. She is also a member of Washington State Association for Justice and The Westerlies, Inc. Redith was a member of the University of Utah Ballet and holds a private pilot's license.
Randy Schmidt Financial Advisor, KMS Financial Services Randy is a Financial Advisor Representative with KMS Financial Services, Inc. Specializing in 401(k) retirement plans and individual retirement planning. He and his wife, Judy, have three children, two sons, Troy and Tim & one daughter Kelly. They also have seven grandchildren. The Schmidts have lived in the Kirkland area for 35 years. He enjoys wine tasting, camping, mountain bike riding, wind surfing, snowboarding, and water skiing.
E. Terry Schulze Boeing Affiliations: Housing at the Crossroads, KITH; Housing at the Crossroads board member from September 1989 to present; aeronautical/astronautical engineer at The Boeing Company for 40 years; MBA studies at Seattle University in the mid-1980’s.
