Jan Dickerman - Executive Director

Jan joined KITH in March 2008. Highlights from her 28-year career include: creation of a comprehensive case management program for fostering self-sufficiency in the homeless and formerly homeless, two Eastside family emergency shelters, development of 125 units of transitional housing, two child development centers that served homeless and low income children, and many other programs that assist the homeless in becoming self-sufficient.

Jan was a recipient of the ARCH Community Housing Award, and developed partnerships with the King County Housing Authority, Gates Foundation, congregations and social service agencies. She currently serves on the United Way East King County Council, the Eastside Homeless Advisory Committee and is a board member of the Alliance of Eastside Agencies.


Christine Addison – Development Director

Christine brings KITH years of experience in building relationships of mutual benefit to client and organization, both in non-profit organizations, including Girl Scouts of Western Washington, which recognized her as an Outstanding Volunteer, and in business, most recently at a commercial security company. As Development Director, Christine puts to work her business degree from Georgetown University, her event management and volunteer team building skills, and her natural gifts as a networker and activator, to build strong partnerships within our community that support KITH’s mission to assist individuals and families on the eastside who are facing homelessness.

Christine is a member of Bellevue Business & Professional Women, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and enjoys serving with Rotary, POMWA, and other local charitable organizations.


Doug Burgesser - Resource Developer

Prior to taking his position with KITH, Doug worked for many years as a Programmer Analyst, developing business applications. For the past six years, he has devoted many hours helping KITH organize the 7 Hills of Kirkland bike ride. Doug and his wife, Eileen, have been residents of Kirkland for 25 years, where they raised their two children.


Monica Lamb - Case Manager

Monica has being working as a case manager for over seven years. She has worked with a variety of clients, youth and substance abuse, low-income elderly, and low-income families. Monica recently obtained a Masters degree at Northwest University in Counseling Psychology. She is passionate about serving others and believes this degree will open many more doors to serve. Monica enjoys spending time with her husband Robert and loves outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and skiing. She also enjoys reading and attending church.


Regina Chae - Case Manager - Housing at the Crossroads

Regina was born in Seoul, Korea and grew up working in the homeless program her mother directed. Regina has been working with homeless populations for 20 years. She comes to KITH with case management experience from the Asian Counseling Referral Service and Downtown Emergency Service Center. She has three children and lives on the Eastside.


Ryn Rulison - Case Manager

Ryn has years of solid social work experience including direct work with a diverse population in a variety of settings, as well as over a decade of childcare, volunteer, and administrative experience. Her commitment to advocacy and strength-based assistance is matched only by her passionate desire to see people succeed. Ryn believes that everyone should have support, advocacy, and encouragement during difficult times. She lived all over the United States before settling down in Bellevue with her amazing fiance Alex. She loves art, film, nature, and is particularly fond of mismatched fuzzy socks.
