StaffJan Dickerman - Executive Director Jan joined KITH in March 2008. Highlights from her 28-year career include: creation of a comprehensive case management program for fostering self-sufficiency in the homeless and formerly homeless, two Eastside family emergency shelters, development of 125 units of transitional housing, two child development centers that served homeless and low income children, and many other programs that assist the homeless in becoming self-sufficient. Jan was a recipient of the ARCH Community Housing Award, and developed partnerships with the King County Housing Authority, Gates Foundation, congregations and social service agencies. She currently serves on the United Way East King County Council, the Eastside Homeless Advisory Committee and is a board member of the Alliance of Eastside Agencies. Christine Rose – Development Director Christine dreams of a just and compassionate world in which every person has safety, dignity and a chance to achieve their unique purpose. Inspired by KITH’s story while visiting a meeting at the Rotary Club of Kirkland, Christine joined KITH in 2009. Experienced in building relationships of mutual benefit to client and organization, she’s grateful for the opportunity to help KITH enlist and nurture community support for the vision to help homeless families become stable and self-sufficient. A member of AFP, NDOA, BPW and the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club, she loves the arts, the Kirkland waterfront, hazelnut nonfat lattes, and reading breaks. Ryn Moskwa - Case Manager Ryn has years of solid social work experience including direct work with a diverse population in a variety of settings, as well as over a decade of childcare, volunteer, and administrative experience. Her commitment to advocacy and strength-based assistance is matched only by her passionate desire to see people succeed. Ryn believes that everyone should have support, advocacy, and encouragement during difficult times. She lived all over the United States before settling down in Bellevue with her amazing husband Alex. She loves art, film, nature, and is particularly fond of mismatched fuzzy socks. Vicki Todd - Case Manager Page Eney - Bookkeeper Page has served as the bookkeeper for KITH off and on since 2001 and she is also employed as bookkeeper at Emmanuel Episcopal church. In addition she does financial advising and consulting for a number of churches, for the Diocese of Olympia, and for other denominations when requested.
