Permanent Housing

Permanent Supportive Housing is also a portion of what KITH does. Some families who complete their transitional housing program may have the opportunity to transition into KITH's low-income housing, as it is available. Case management support is provided as needed. Community building activities and co-op commitments are a part of this program. Eligibility is assessed on an annual basis. Home ownership through first time buyers programs is encouraged for participants ready to achieve this goal.
