Permanent Housing

Some families who complete their transitional housing program may have the opportunity to transition into KITH's low-income Permanent Supportive Housing, as it is available. Case management is provided as needed; residents also participate in community-building activities and have co-op commitments.

Eligibility is re-assessed on an annual basis. Home ownership through first-time buyers programs is encouraged for participants ready to achieve this goal.

It’s easy.
